I am a 5 Time Natural Bodybuilding Champion with over 32,000 hours of personal training experience over 22 years. I also have the heart of a teacher--that makes my service stand out. I enjoy seeing people get results. For example, I was coaching this great guy named Tom. Tom was about 330 pounds when we started. When he got under 300 pounds (299), he was so happy! He told me he had not been under 300 pounds in over 10 years. That is why I enjoy the work I do.

I was in a slump, hated my weight, hated the way I looked and felt. I was also worried about a knee injury and my age. Immediately I noticed Mark takes the time to get to know his clients, their needs and abilities. He devised a perfect work out plan to get me started, educated me on the building blocks to attain my goal. His positive attitude and praises go a long way. When I came across stumbling blocks, he was quick to provide common sense solutions. Another surprise was his dedication to assist me reach my goal. Work with Mark has been a wonderful experience. He is an excellent communicator and instructor. He has taught me so much about the art of physiology, nutrition and well-being. The best part of my training with Mark is that it is working!

I've been working out with Mark for 6 1/2 years so I feel I can give a fair review. He wants to understand your goals and will tailor the workouts to meet your needs whether its weight loss, building strength, overall toning, or serious body building. One thing I like the most is every workout is different so you don't get stuck in a rut and your muscles don't adjust to the same repetitive motion. I have had some personal issues that have caused me not to be able to go as often and I miss my frequent and consistent sessions!!! It makes me feel great to feel stronger and fit!!

Mark has been my personal trainer for a little over a year. I've lost 35 lbs and I am now a lot stronger, more fit and have much greater endurance. Mark is very knowledgeable about all areas of fitness and nutrition and is very encouraging as I workout. Each workout is unique so my body continues to improve. I am a 65 year old male that retired from a desk job. But even though I am very late to the fitness game Mark is helping me retrain my body and improve my eating and life habits.
