Introduction: Dance has been my passion for over 15 years and I’ve danced competitively for 11 years at numerous competitions and events internationally.
I’ve danced on teams throughout my High School career into my senior year of college where I was named captain of the "Towson University Dance Team." We reached our goal for becoming National Champions for the 16th consecutive year in Daytona, Florida.
Choreographing has also been an interest of mine since the age of 15 and I have taught choreography for several studios since the age of 16. I’ve been featured in Dance Spirit Magazine representing my dance team and dance apparel catalogs such as “Fina”. It was a great experience to work as a choreographer for 2 years at the Multi Image Group at the TD Bank “Wow!” Conventions.
In addition, I’ve been teaching "Pure Barre" for over 2 years, a total body workout utilizing the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements. This 55 minute exercise burns fat, sculpts muscles and creates long, lean physiques. Fitness has become my ultimate passion following my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and dance background during my college career.
I'm experienced with group fitness as well as private dance and exercise lessons. I've worked privately with well known business women who reside in New York City, which has been effective and enjoyable. I'd like to continue using my teaching skills to give you the results you're looking for whether it be weight loss, building lean muscle, or simply improving on your health overall.
