- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Websites have a wide range of prices depending on their complexity and are priced on a "per project" basis. Fully functioning professional websites range from $400 to $4000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation (in person) to assess a client's needs and then offer a detailed proposal of my work with a quote. If the proposal is agreed upon, I require a deposit to begin the project which typically takes about 2 weeks. Once a client is 100% satisfied with a design the site is launched and payment in full is expected at that point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained professional. I have multiple degrees including one in Computer Information Systems and another in Digital Design. My experience in the field of web design and graphics spans almost 15 years.
