- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to our customers to understand their requirements; analyze their requirements; design appropriate IT infrastructure; select and/or develop and implement appropriate software; train personnel to utilize their systems effectively; monitor and maintain the systems, and make ongoing recommendations for improvement as business needs change over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's Degree in Computer Science. My expertise includes Software Engineering, Databases, Network Engineering, Business and Project Management. I've been in the IT field over 30 years, with local and international experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
David James started his first IT company in 1988 and has been a computer services entrepreneur ever since.
