This customer had overhang over his front door that was totally rotted away and was safety hazard so I told him I would email him estimate that day so we could work on situation before falls on somebody. Emailed estimate too tear down and rebuild new one for1475.he emailed me back said I was hired and fine with the price but said maybe should wait till next week because of rain. I emailed him back said would like too at least tear down before somebody gets hurt. Never emailed me back. Emailed next mourning let ting him know I was planning on going too property too tear down structure. Never got back with me. Me and my helper went tore it down and haul away. Finally gets back with me at 1030am and said not too tear down but was too late. Already hired me but was getting two more estimates that day which I would of had no problem with but should of told me the truth instead of making story up about the rain. Anyway said I was still hired wanted two more estimates in case they Sue contracted. Then they asked if I was pulling permit. I said no if they want me too pull permit it would be more. At this point we we're both a little upset and told him it be better too let other contracted do new rebuild but wanted paid 200.00 for tear down and haul away which was a good deal. He paid 200.00 told me I did great job and he was happy. Two hours later there making stuff up. Throwing nails by front door taking pictures saying I left them there. Just a lack of communication just have too learn from expierence and move on
