Jackie was very professional and responsive. He had the part on his truck, so I didn’t have to wait for the part to be ordered. Price was reasonable.

I was very pleased with the prompt response from J&E. They came promptly and were able to diagnose the issue quickly. When they came back to fix the washer, they did so quickly and efficiently.

J&E were prompt with their response times and also being able to come out the next day. They kept me updated via text on ETA as well. It was a quick fix for them and they informed me on the reason that my washer wouldn't drain. Very polite and friendly. Would use them again if my washer ever breaks again!

Mr. Garvin and his assistant were terrific. I highly recommend him and i would certainly use him again. My washer is really old but he had the part, worked in close quarters and always had a smile!
