FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although I will graduate in March 2016, I am at a point with Institute for Integrative Nutrition when I can begin to practice. Upon graduation my fees will adjust. Clients can pay either in two installments of $270 or pay $90 monthly. Method of payment to be discussed at the time of signing Program Agreement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin the program I give my new clients a free, no obligation, health evaluation 50 minute appointment. At this appointment the client and I have an opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate if we are a good match for my program. My program is 6 months. Studies show a 6 month commitment is best when forming new habits. I meet clients twice a month for 50 minute appointments on the same day and time. (example Tuesday evenings at 7PM.) These meetings can be on the phone, Skype, or in person. In person meetings are open to meet any where you like. Each meeting will include discussion of my clients progress, recommendations, and a full set of notes. A variety of handouts, recipes, foods, books, and other materials are included. I provide Email support between sessions. Special events can be included like a health food store tour when you can invite guests to join in on the fun. New clients will sign a Program Agreement which includes; scheduling, payments and refunds, disclaimer of healthcare related services, personal responsibility and release of healthcare related claims, confidentiality, arbitration, choice of law, and limited remedies.
