FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a list of items and a range of cost averages for each to be used as a guide. However, each piece is essentially a unique, original work of art and prices may vary based on your preferences.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer an hour-long personalized consultation free of charge. During this time, we will talk about your needs, ideas, color scheme, style, flower preferences etc. Next, I will formulate a cost estimate based on your consultation and send to you for review. During this time, you may add/change items and give your feedback. This estimate will then be used to create a proposal, which we will edit until you are satisfied with every detail. Finally, the proposal is turned into a contract that covers every detail of the services to be delivered. I highly recommend that brides choose their florist and sign a contract 6 - 9 months prior to their wedding date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a passion and talent for the creative arts! Having taken advanced fine arts classes in high school and college, I learned many of the skills that I use in putting colors together with style to make floral designs with visual appeal and interest.
