Last summer, my wife and I bought a house in Palo Alto. We have
been represented for this transaction by our realtor Cristina Ballerio.
From the moment we started working with Cristina, four months before we bought our house, she kept us constantly informed and updated about
the homes listed for sale in Palo Alto, which were within
our location preference and budget.
Cristina assisted us in preparing two offer on two
different homes and she presented them; those offers were not accepted. Then she found another home that we liked and we put the offer in on Friday afternoon. Cristina was able to conduct a very intense negotiation and get our offer accepted on Friday night. This was extremely important as the listing agent cancelled the open house that was scheduled for Saturday morning.

In the last year or so, my wife and I started looking at purchasing a home in Palo Alto. Although Cristina knew that we were not ready yet to make commitment to the purchase, she has patiently attended to our needs all this time, continuing to show us what is available in the area. She has also introduced us to loan officers she regularly uses. We have specific area needs, so there are not many properties coming up on the market for us. Regardless, Cristina has constantly worked with us without being pushy and always staying friendly and supportive.

Cristina is the best agent I have never seen. She has been living in Palo Alto for 33 years and a lot of resource and very experienced agent. I have rent a very nice house in Palo Alto and she helped me a lot more than an agent. She is an honest and reliably person! I hope I can buy a house from her soon
