Massage for Therapy

Introduction: I approach massage therapy as I approach life. Each day we all find ourselves in different situations with new experiences...physical stresses as well as emotional ones...no two days are alike. A great massage session, I feel, meets the individual where they are in that particular moment, I like to hear my clients needs as well as pay attention to their body language while filling me in on what they want from their session. I then use training, various techniques, skills and my intuition to create a unique and effective therapeutic massage either Swedish, Deep Tissue...(usually a bit of both) depending on the clients preferences to create a massage remedy for the day. This can include any of the following modalities/add ons ~ aromatherapy, hot stones, stretching, active and isolated, myofascial release, Feldenkrais , trigger point, shiatsu, and reflexology. I offer twenty years of experience and am board certified nationally~ I love that I can make a difference in an individuals life.
