I have 10+ years of experience planning and executing events of different sizes in large corporations and startups alike. I've seen a lot of unexpected wrenches thrown into plans and overcame them with a smile on my face.
Above all, this is my passion project - I treat every event like my first and last. This isn't a business for me, just a way to live out my passion for events.

Working with Rubal has been so delightful! She has a strong and diligent work ethic that shows her passion and care for the wedding industry and her clients. She treats everyone with respect and patience, which is very important to me.
As a professional wedding/special events hair stylist, I feel that it is important to go the extra mile for clients to ensure that they are happy and have a great overall wedding. Rubal is an incredibly organized, personable, and knowledgeable person. I have known Rubal from last 8 years and she has helped me on multiple Punjabi events. She has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the day go smoothly. If I had a worry or problem, it was instantly taken care of gracefully and quickly. She's very patient and professional with all the family members and guests. She is excellent at what she does and highly talented! I would highly recommend Rubal for any and all coordinator events and I will be surely asking for her assistance on all my future events.

It was one of the most important days of our lives, and it was also arguably one of the best! Rubal was on top of every little detail - she handled both the planned and unplanned items with prompt and efficient responses.
We received so many compliments for our venue, food, music and entertainment; however, the best compliments of all are those we still receive of how FLAWLESS and FUN the wedding reception was -- all undoubtedly thanks to Rubal.

I contacted Rubal for emergency help planning a birthday party for my 3-year-old nephew and she exceeded expectations and then some. She really listened to what we wanted - she brings an amazing balance of creativity and flawless execution to the event planning process. There wasn't a detail that was overlooked - and she clearly cared about personalizing the party for us and for my nephew. She was also an absolute pleasure to work with - a great eye for design, and a fantastic sense of humor and patience. Highly recommend.
