We had AmeriPol Home & Building Inspection conduct our Inspection my husband who is a contractor was very impressed with Andyâs overall knowledge and his Architectural back ground which he possesses. We were looking to purchase and flip with Andyâs extensive knowledge in Architectural design; building technology, construction materials and inspection methods have saved us thousands. In my opinion there is no better qualified inspector in Chicago land! the attention he gives to every detail was impeccable; he cost itemized everything on site and generated the report next day with the highest level of detail. He spent hours on site and left nothing in question about the condition of our new investment. Andy is very knowledgeable about building methods he left us with peace of mind. Most importantly, his Architectural Degree in Design and back ground as builder/owner use of building materials and construction practices is very extensive. We felt very secure with his thorough observations and assessments.

Andy did an inspection on our new home which had major structural issues and I cannot say enough about the outstanding job he did. He is friendly extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable. He spent allot of time with us explaining everything so we could assess our costs no other inspector would have the knowledge he possesses background in Architecture. As an Architect he is able to make decisions no other home inspector can!!! he explained the structural issues that exist and he checked each and every little detail, he went above and beyond to answer any questions we had regarding EVERYTHING home related! Andy even went as far as to offer us free consultation in case we had any questions about the final report, which he emailed us within hours of the inspection. He is definitely not your average inspector we will recommend him to everyone!!!
