I was very happy I hired Eric. His crew came in when he said they would and job was done on time. Cleanup was great. He did the job for what my insurance paid and didnt make me pay anything above tbe insurance check. I would highly recommend Roofing systems Rus. Call Eric 417 292 7243. He is the most amazing salesman.

I reside on the East end of PCB and have done so for over 20 years, 15 of them in my present home. I felt very fortunate having only to replace my roof, fencing, patio screening and gutters after Michael. However, I would never expect that replacing the gutters would prove to be the biggest hassle of all my repairs, even though those too were covered by insurance. It would seem since I don't reside in The Preserve, Bay Point or a gated community, my gutter job wasn't lucrative enough to warrant even a response from my countless postings on Home Advisor, Angie's List, Porch.com, along with direct calls/emails to most all the local companies. Then I found Thumbtack.com and within minutes of posting, I received a reply from Mr. Eric Strouse who's enthusiasm for my business was evident from the start. I quickly replied providing more specific information, including my address and once again, he replied within minutes and stated he knows my neighborhood and installed gutters for my neighbor a few doors down. He was at my home the following day taking measurements and promptly provided me with an estimate that was very reasonable and said he can start the installation the following afternoon. I was thrilled and although he only had a few reviews I could check due to being a new company, I thought if the quality of his work was anywhere near the quality of his communication efforts thus far, then why not take a chance and hire him.....especially since all the "established" companies with tons of glowing ratings never even showed me the courtesy of a reply. Eric and his team arrived the following afternoon (as promised) and within a few hours I had gutters installed that were better than the original and looked fantastic.....he's truly an artist, especially with those tin snips ensuring that each cut was precise, seamless and sealed. The timing was also perfect since we had a huge storm on 4/14 and his quality workmanship passed with flying colors. So if you're looking for a reliable, professional, highly qualified and more than reasonably priced gutter company......then Eric Strouse, Seamless Gutters/Roofing Systems RUs and Thumbtack.com should be your first choice! I only wish I had found him earlier in my search, but at least I found him. Thanks again Eric, great job!
