Introduction: Well first off... I've worked for a few plumbing companies and I see how they try to get rich over night in one customer alone. So I've come up with very good prices to where the customer is comfortable and I don't get rich over night but I can pay my bills like every working person out there. And I am willing to beat any estimates from anyone. Clean and prompt work is what I thrive on. I enjoy it all... from getting to the bottom of the issue to the customer satisfaction. IF YOU LOVE WHAT YOU DO YOU WILL NEVER WORK A DAY IN YOUR LIFE! I live by that on a daily basis!

I scheduled an appointment for 7am with Edwin. Got up early to make it happen. NO CALL / NO SHOW. I texted him to see what was going on...he said he was on the other line and would call me back. 3 hours later...still no word. I would NOT recommend Edwin. Now I have to find another plumber...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Edwin helped me loosen a faucet connection that my handyman could not remove, which I appreciated. But then the faucet needed an adjustment because he didn't install in quite right. He was difficult to get in touch with to schedule the adjustment, and on the day of the appt he simply failed to show up and has failed to respond to my messages since. Total 'no show' - and completely unacceptable! So now I have to pay someone else to finish the job he started. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE PLUMBER, THIS GUY IS NOT IT!
