As a personal trainer myself, I HIGHLY recommend Teager Nutrition! When I first went to their home for my first nutrition consult I was a bit questionable as to how legit they would be since they are a home business. However, the moment I started talking with Bryce and Katelyn it became extremely evident that they truly know the ins and outs of nutrition, physiology, and how the two come together. Not only does their appearance scream healthy (They are both extremely ripped) but the fact that they run the nutrition business out of their home was very inspirational to me. It is one thing to have someone tell me, "do this, don't do that" but to see the inside of someone's home who LIVES what they preach... that is truly motivating. It opened my eyes to SEE what it looks like to be FULLY invested in the nutritional side of healthy living. Bryce and Katelyn do it all. Not only do they take excellent care of themselves nutritionally and physically, but they also have 4 healthy eating kids (ages 5-9yrs old) so it was great to talk with them about creating an atmosphere of whole family health as well! They grow their own food in their backyard, they take herb classes, and they are extremely well educated natural healing remedies. They also cover topics of stress management, have excellent tips on getting deeper sleep, and they also have knowledge about different massage techniques (cupping being the one I truly appreciated learning about). Katelyn has her degree in Diatetics from the UNL, she is the head Crossfit trainer and exercise programmer at CFP, and she also competes crossfit competitively (being a retired college gymnast, she has made it to regionals 2 out of the 3 yrs she has competed), and Bryce has his degree in exercise science, also coaches crossfit, is a huge nutrition enthusiast, and is a fireman for Papillion LaVista. Together they are a powerhouse of knowledge on health and nutrition. During the time I was working with them, Katelyn was also helping her Dad fight cancer the natural way with nutrition. With her help, he is now cancer free! I also have sent a number of my clients to Teager Nutrition as well and they have helped my clients work through their diets for celiac disease, fibralmyalgia, and multiple sclerosis, and more. You will not regret choosing this couple for your nutritional leaders in health! :)Jul 16, 2016
They have an amazing knowledge of what is in our food and how it effects our bodies. Also, they know so much about herbs that can help you instead of using pharmaceutical products.Jul 7, 2016
Even if you think you have a good overall understanding of nutrition it is sometimes necessary to get a professional opinion. That's what lead me to Teager Nutrition. Bryce and Katelyn have a great knowledge base and I enjoyed working with them. They offer a multi faceted approach and will explore everything from nutrition and exercise to sleep patterns to help you succeed. It is worth your time to work with these two. Even after my consult was complete each will still check in from time to time and see how I am doing.Jul 3, 2016

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We typically ask our clients to bring in a detailed log including their current nutrition, sleep, and stress management habits. The first 10-15 minutes we spend asking relevant questions in order to better understand you as a person and learn your individual needs. The next 20-30 minutes we will help educate you regarding the areas of nutrition and health that we feel will benefit you the most. The time remaining will be used to give you actionable and attainable steps in order to bring you closer to your goals. Phone and email support will be given following the consultation. Depending on the package you choose, follow up consultations are typically given a month or two following the initial consultation in order to fine tune the program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my degree in exercise science from Wayne State College and my wife, Katelyn has her degree in dietetics from UNL. We both took a year long class with Nicolas Schnell to teach others how to use food and herbs as medicine.
