Brett is one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable trainers out there. He takes the time to work with and for you. He does not use a cookie cutter workout. He keeps the training sessions moving so you get the most out of every second. He will having you seeing results right away if you work put the dedication in as well. I had goal of bench pressing 225lbs. He got me there and now I am at 250lbs shooting for 280lbs by July 4th, 2018. Brett gets just as excited as you do when you reach your goals. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are based off experience, training location, past results and professionalism. If you're not looking for top-tier training, than I'm not the trainer for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always like to start with a 15-minute phone conversation, getting to understand their mind-set, past experience, goals and expectations. After that we setup a time for them to come to my private studio to trial their first training session. It's exciting!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 10-years of experience in the fitness world, I also have a 2-year degree in Health and Fitness and I am certified with A.C.E. There is not many people in the Phoenix area with my experience in 1-on-1 personal training and group fitness.
