John Henze completed 3 remodeling projects for me over the past 2 years: family room, home office and, most recently, the master bathroom. In each case the work was of excellent quality and I am extremely pleased with the results. The scope of work included demolition, drywall installation/repair, custom carpentry, installation of doorways, plumbing, construction of a custom shower and ceramic tile installation (floor and walls). As with all remodeling projects, unexpected developments occurred along the way which John handled in a creative and competent manner. Since John is capable of doing all of these things himself, there are no sub-contractors involved. I would recommend him without hesitation to family and friends and would absolutely hire him again for any future projects. He is a superb craftsman.

The most reliable, professional contractor that I've ever used! Designed, and installed custom wood windows for my entire home. Tiled my kitchen floor using a combination of beautiful Italian tiles. Restored my original front door, and painted it "Barn Red." Currently, designed, and just finished a backyard pond with used brick, creating a new home for some happy goldfish and sand beach for the turtles.

We highly recommend John Henze to anyone who is considering remodeling their home. John is a highly skilled craftsman who does exceptional quality work. He's extremely conscientious and easy to work with. We first hired John's to remodel and reface our fireplace. After seeing the high quality of his work, we didn't hesitate about asking him to do a complete kitchen remodel. John's skill in reconfiguring our unworkable layout, along with his high quality custom cabinetry and custom finishes, turned our tract home kitchen into a beautiful showplace. John is also a man of high honor. After making an ill-advised decision to go with another contractor on a bathroom remodel (with absolutely disastrous results), John was kind enough to help us get back on track and mitigate the worst of the issues. Even though previous commitments prevented him from completing that remodel, we will never forget John's kindness and willingness to help, and we will never make that mistake again. In summary, you will be hard-pressed to find anyone better at remodeling or easier to work John Henze. If I could award John 10 stars, I would.
