FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest company out there, but that's not what a client should be looking for...when you find the cheapest, the quality will also reflect "cheap" and that's when you run into problems with quality control and inefficient work. We try and stay competitive to our competition but also keep in mind what our experience and uniqueness is worth;)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a time to meet in person for an estimate...at that time we discuss the project, take measurements and talk about the idea's the client may have for the home along with our own idea's that may be a great addition. We enjoy clients that have the entire thing planned out as well as the one's that need us to take the lead! We are a small family business and make sure our clients are completely comfortable with us, our prices, our idea's and how we work so there are no surprises after getting started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both my husbands and my families were entrepreneurial and built their own businesses from scratch, so we both grew up in the construction industry. After being the ones all our neighbors went to for help on home projects, we decided we loved it so much that we would try and build a business! We are both licensed in Douglas county, Aurora and Parker and working on other licenses as new area's become necessary. We have had a ton of hands on experience and have taken specialty classes in area's like concrete counter creation, plumbing and electrical.
