- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer individual sessions, package deals and 1:1 coaching packages. If you refer someone who books with me, I will give you a free 30-minute coaching session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a Free 15-minute Meet and Greet so I can understand better what you would like to accomplish during our time together. I then will have you fill out a Health History Form. I will then email you my plan so you are aware of the amount of time it will take to see changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and I receive monthly training to keep up with the ever-changing field of nutrition and wellness.
