FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this time we do not have standard pricing. We typically draw people that want something so different for each event that we don't want to limit ourselves to a select amount or type of food. We cater specifically to your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is talk to the customer whether it be in person or over the phone to get a feel for what is wanted and to take all the necessary info down. Afterwards, we can either send emails or messages through text or messenger if the customer wishes. If you have pics of cakes or tablescapes from Pinterest or the Internet then those can be sent as well. We aim to please the customer and can accommodate just about anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college to receive two degrees around 10 years ago: A Culinary and Pastries degree. I have worked in two bakeries, two private schools and a catering company over the last 20 years. I have been doing cakes and catering on the side for the last 6 or 7 years but have more recently made it my full time business.
