- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done on a case by case basis, based on performance hours, travel, extra needs, requested extras, and expectations, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important to get to know my client and their specific needs and expectations. It begins with a phone conversation to discuss their event, their expectations, and what they envision the takeaway for the audience to be. It's important to tailor my speaking to the needs and culture of those who will be attending the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had extensive training with Les Brown, Brendon Burchard, James Malinchak, Tom Schreiter, and Blair Singer. I've spent 25 years studying speakers and how they present and have been presenting for 30 years. I pride myself on giving my audience members tools they can implement for success. I use my background in education to infuse tangible action points in my presentation. I've spoken to audiences numbering from 10 to more than 1,000.
