- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my customers have told me my prices are very reasonable even low. I try to be fair I know people work hard in coutry for their money so I want to be fair to them as well as myself. my time is valuable but all prices are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
having been in the furniture business for over 20 years I learned many skills so I ask a lot if questions, the more you can tell me about what's wrong with your piece the better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My grandfather was a sculptor in soviet union and united states for over 70 years my father was a stone carver. We had a business in nyc where we made sculptures and custom furniture I was their apprentice for over 15 years. All the skills of working with wood clay gypsum and all other mediums I learned from them. i started working with them when i was 14 years old throughout high schools and after.
