Janet's Fun Fitness for All

Introduction: I make fitness fun outdoor and indoor for students/clients ages 1-101. Have gym will travel is how I roll. Individual, small groups, and classes. Family fitness, schools, bday parties, physical education needs, corporate/business, senior fitness. I truly practice what I preach. I live my beliefs and want to share my passion for health/fitness to all I can reach no matter what age. My work is so rewarding as I teach, I learn. I love to help people feel better about themselves and their life. It is therapeutic for me also.
