Introduction: I'm an industry-certified computer repair technician. I know computers from top to bottom. I currently hold my A+, Network+, PC Pro, Security Pro, Network Pro and Microsoft Technical Associate certifications. I have worked as an IT Instructor at a vocational school, teaching others how to work with computer hardware, networks, Windows, and security. There's no computer issue I can ever encountered that I haven't been able to resolve.
I love technology, especially computers. My Grandfather introduced me to them at a young age, and since then, I've known I wanted to work with all things computer related. I've built high end Gaming Rigs, Configured home office networks, and multi-site corporate networks. I have vast experience with security, software, and even IP Phone systems.Most people find these topics overwhelming, or even scary. I embrace them, and love sharing my knowledge and excitement of these things with others.
