- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. My pricing is predicated on the level of service I provide, which is determined by the SOW completed on the intake.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a conversation with a potential client to get to know each other. Next I complete an assessment and needs analysis questionnaire to assure I have a correct understanding the client's needs and to ensure their is a right fit for me to pursue the relationship. Then I specifically engage in a conversation about the client's desired outcome and goals. Once we get an understanding of the needs and desires, I complete a Scope of Work, and send that to the potential client for agreement and sign-off. The SOW is the guideline we use to work together until the client is satisfied that all the services we've agreed to are have been provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in Business and Education, and I've worked in my areas of expertise for over 20 years in industry, corporate 500 companies such as American Honda and IBM. Additionally, I am certified by the John Maxwell Team as a coach, speaker and trainer.
