Introduction: As a graduate of Los Angeles Trade Technical College (LATTC) with great pride I execute a job using great organizational skills meeting each customers goal with excellency and a personal touch. Creating great food that tantalizes the mouth, and brings a party to your taste buds making your palate well pleased. With a licensed butcher on hand as well as a great bar tender we have the ability to give each client personal attention to meet their needs.
