I won't give you any bs about "the way" to do things, because there are many ways to achieve a certain goal. Understand my needs and my goals. Plans around what I can already do, just trying to improve on it but still changes it up so you're not doing the same over and over again. Motivates you to keep you going strong but makes sure he doesn't push you past your limit or makes you do anything that makes you uncomfortable. Already liking my results!

His workouts are separated by different body parts each day to make sure every part of the body is worked. He motivates and pushes you to keep going and makes sure you are determined to continue working out. He listens and accommodates to your preferences and if you’re injured or feel pain he does not overwork that area. He was always on time and would make the workouts fun; switching them so you wouldn’t get bored of the same exercise. He is passionate and knowledgeable about fitness and health. I would recommend him to everyone who wants a personal trainer.
