- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with all budgets and try to be all inclusive with my pricing plus gratuity that is added on to the event the day of. Standard gratuity in the industry is 20%, I can gladly add that to your total for my staff! The more detailed and specific you are, the more I can be as well!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak to all customers over the phone and possibly meet in person if they have the time. We can communicate via email, text, phone and contracts! Everyone will deal with myself directly !!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. I have a Bachelors in Psychology as well as a Masters in Human Resource Management. So i know how to work with customers, vendors, corporate and employees to provide quality and reliable service.
