I was very impressed with the level of communication, overall work and attention to detail. Pool was completed before target date despite delays due to high winds and heavy rain. I would definitely recommend Big Bear Pools and Spas to anyone interested in adding a pool to their yard.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with our over the phone consultation, followed by an estimate. The estimate process is a in home visit to take measurements and hear clients ideas. Once we have ideas on file, we then create plans which are then sent to client for approval. Once approved, we then set up appointment with client to sign contracts and give full word for word detail about pool installment process.
