This (January 2018) is the second time I made use of Mr. Lefebvre's services, and this time his practice showed that he is exceptionally fast and effective rain or shine, good times or bad times. Last year, Mr. Lefebvre handled my divorce with break-neck efficiency, and the court date he got for us came so fast (in about 10 days) that we had to ask for a later date. The divorce was carried out at a time of mutual agreement and tranquility between myself and ex-wife. This time around, a year after the divorce, he still delivered with the same effectiveness and speed, but this time in the presence of conflict and stress. My ex-wife, out of the blue, denied my visitation rights through an email on, say, Day 1, with no logical rationale. Her recent behavior also made me suspicious that she might be planning to move our child out of the country without my consent. I contacted Mr. Lefebvre right away, who calmed me down immediately ("straightforward" is the word to describe him, as he will tell you) and laid down my options in no unspecific terms. Day 2 was spent with extreme weather conditions, as I couldn't leave the house. Day 3: two court orders in less than four hours after I made it to his office, one for violation of my visitation rights, the other preventing my child from leaving the country, taken through an emergency decree. Day 4 was when my ex-wife was served with court orders, and by Day 5, I was back to my visitation routine. Also note that during this time, Mr Lefebvre was more than 1000 miles away, managing the situation via constant/instant email exchanges while his associate on the ground was competing with him in effectiveness and speed, as far as documentation and court-performance were concerned. Take home: I highly recommend Mr. Lefebvre, his practice, and his associates.
