FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We sometimes have specials for travel fees or larger parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Multiple emails leading to a trial. During trial, we go over photos and ideas to create a look that’s perfect for you, while still maintaining your unique features. Once we have “the look” we take some photos and write down notes. A couple weeks prior to your event you will receive a time line from us so that everyone knows exactly where and when to be in a seat. On your big day we set up 15-20 minutes ahead of time. We execute all services, clean up, help you with any last minute touch ups, give hugs, and are out of your hair as you get ready to walk down the isle (or walk into your party). We follow up for photos, reviews, and to make sure your day went the absolute best it could have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated in Cosmetology from Paul Mitchell The School
