- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard charge to our clients is 10% of the rent collected. That's it. We don't tack on additional fees for everything we do for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are interested in property management services, we will begin by collecting some information from you about your rental home. Next, we'll research the area to find what would be the highest rental rate we could obtain for your home. Our services include traveling to the property to put up a sign and lockbox, as well as take stunning photos of the property that will be used for advertising. We work diligently to list your property for rent so we can find the perfect resident to place in your home. All paperwork, leases, rent collection, repair calls, etc. our handled by our office. The only thing you are expected to do is sit back, relax, and collect your rental fee every month. We handle the collection of documents that you will need for filing your taxes on the property every year. All copies of owner statements and repair receipts are at your disposal 24/7. Our systems allow for you to see up to date account activity for your property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the property management field for 16 years. Along with experience, which is key to the success of managing homes, I have earned the following accreditations: -Licensed Real Estate Broker -Licensed Real Estate Agent -Member of the National Association of Realtors -Member of the Georgia Association of Realtors -Member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors -Member of the Georgia Multiple Listing Service -Owner/Broker or Providence Home Properties
