- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Minimum Repairs are typically $500 - We do offer financing for repairs, re-roofs, gutters, and siding over $1000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Do a detailed roof inspection 2) Walk you through the claims/ roofing process.. 3) Meet; give you references, do an attic check, explain who we are, and help file your claim.. 4) Meet with your adjuster 5) Go over the insurance paperwork, schedule your roof & pick a shingle color! 6) Install the roof and do a final quality check.
