John was very punctual and reliable. He always listened to me and answered all my questions. I did bathroom renovation (demo bath tub and tiles and then re install new tub and tiles) and took not even 1 week.

completed the job when promised showed up when he said, always called to say he was on his way. did even more work then I asked for when he saw something else that needed to be fixed and DID NOT charge extra for it. Its nice to work with someone that takes pride in their work.
