I contracted Stephen Moreno for blown in exterior wall insulation. His crew from USA Insulation arrived and started around 9 AM. They bored holes in the exterior siding and blew in the foam insulation. They began patching the holes they bored and we're gone by 1:30 PM. The patch work they did was a total mess. Stephen's guy came by to collect the check which I paid in full. After close inspection of the patches I was led to believe Stephen would be in touch with me. Friday I sent a message to Stephen along with pictures. Mr. Tedder We thank you for your review. We have tried contacting you on this matter. We called you on 4/14/2017 @ 10am trying to resolve any issues that you have had. I also sent a text message that reads. "Mr. Ray. This is Steve. Give me a shout when you get a chance. " on 4/14/2017 @ 10:10AM. (per cell phone log) We also sent up a follow up email a few days later. However, during your review you for got to mention that we up graded your insulation to foam from the standard cellulose insulation at no additional charge. Also the pictures you are looking and submitting are after you pressure washed the home while the filler was still wet. As you can see in the a couple of the pictures you submitted. My guy checked the filler while you were pressure washing and noticed that it was still wet. I'm not sure exactly what the complaint is now that we have tried contacting you 3 times over this matter and was willing to come out and fix the holes after you damaged the putty by pressure washing it. After further review and searching in my outlook we have not received any pictures or emails from you. We search outlook by your name, email, and also scanned through the dates that you stated you submitted the photos. We really do feel bad that you have had a bad experience with our company and we will strive to maintain better service. However, in this case we feel that we have done everything we could to make you a happy customer with no response from you.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We do not have standard pricing. Sometimes jobs require more work than others. Our average window pricing is roughly 370- 450 a window for standard windows. Geometric windows can be a bit more expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We have a measure twice cut once rule that applies to everything we do. This helps eliminate any ordering or installation errors. We come out get the information we need to get an estimate. Once the estimate is accepted we will come out again and verify final information and collect deposit (on jobs over $1000 is 50/50). We complete the project and collect final payment. We also follow up every job with a survey to let us know how we are doing. We then fill out any extended warranty registrations for you so you don't forget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have taken many classes to help me understand you home functions as a mechanical system. Most people see a home. We see a system that everything down to the drywall accounts to keeping you cool and energy usages down.
