- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard pricing. Sometimes jobs require more work than others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a measure twice cut once rule that applies to everything we do. This helps eliminate any ordering or installation errors. We come out get the information we need to get an estimate. Once the estimate is accepted we will come out again and verify final information and collect deposit (on jobs over $1000 is 50/50). We complete the project and collect final payment. We also follow up every job with a survey to let us know how we are doing. We then fill out any extended warranty registrations for you so you don't forget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken many classes to help me understand you home functions as a mechanical system. Most people see a home. We see a system that everything down to the drywall accounts to keeping you cool and energy usages down.
