- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before a client books with us, we like to go over pricing and the details of our role in the event planning process. Once the client is ready to book, we hold a 1st meeting to discuss the clients hopes and dreams for the event, the purpose for the event, and what the client is expecting throughout the process. We sign the contract and go over the payment schedule (if applicable) and make the first payment. From the moment the meeting is over, the planning process begins and we get right to work making all your dreams we discussed a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Universtity of Houston for Business Managemnet. I have planned several events (combination of weddings, birthday and anniversary celebrations) that we were hired for and several more that were off the record. I also planned my own wedding.
