FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many customers mention non-pro contractors that offer rock-bottom prices with long-term warranties. Buyers beware. We have 4 sectors to our pricing. 1. professional-grade material cost. 2. labor cost. 3. trip cost. 4. base profit. If a contractor comes in drastically lower, understand that one of four were taken out of their equation and I tend to believe they rarely cut profit. We tend to clean up many "missing contractor" projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each and every project receive our full attention when we are on that project. Single parent or billionaire, everybody works hard for their dollar and we respect that. We always offer thorough evaluations on every project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education comes both from hands on and education training. 1994 I completed a Texas licensed training course (40 hours), through the years I have fulfilled state required continued education course. I have been a hands on professional for basically 26 years and a Texas Licensed contractor since 1995.
