Marcos helped me several times with maintenance of my old Dell desktop computer and the installation of the new Lenovo laptop as well as the HP printer/fax/copy machine/scanner purchase. Marcos responded to my requests promptly and have made immediate arrangements for the repairs. Marcos spends as much time as needed to complete the job or to resolve the problem. He is very knowledgeable and highly professional. I would definitely recommend Marcos to any of my fiends or family.

Currently have a CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certification. I have 11 years of experience with hardware/software repair, troubleshooting, assessing issues that clients may have, network and server deployment and troubleshooting. Have worked in retail, private sector, and education, performing IT solutions for users. Currently providing IT support for local clients in small and medium sized businesses as well as large businesses as a consultant.
