- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base prices are set depending on the type of event. Additional costs may be added such as travel or additional equipment rental. Prices are available on request and can be flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I find out as much information as possible about the event, and give the potential customer the opportunity to ask me whatever questions they have. If I am available and feel it would be a good fit I will provide a price quote based on the details of the event (music/style selection, location, length of event, equipment needed, etc.). If the customer wants to move forward I will send a contract for review and signature. When the agreement is official, I will then make all necessary arrangements with the client, venue, and any other parties involved to deliver exactly what is agreed upon.
