I can provide a safe space for your child to discuss issues. The therapeutic relationship is collaborative, so your needs are always my priority. Whether you are struggling with disordered eating, depression, anxiety/OCD, or low motivation, I can help you take control of your life. Let's get started! I serve children, teens, adults, and elderly. I have experience in working with eating disorders, depression, and anxiety/OCD in the residential and partial hospitalization levels of care. I also have experience working with substance abuse in the intensive outpatient level of care. I have a passion for collaborating with you by using your strengths and values to achieve your goals and move towards lasting freedom! Weekend sessions are available! I have completed a year long training for cognitive therapy. I love working with people of all ages to achieve their goals and work through personal issues! I work with you to identify and set goals for long-term recovery and maintenance of your goals. I believe everyone needs a little help sometimes!
