The guys at Easy Move are GREAT! AAA+ THIS WAS GOING TO BE A JOB OF STRENGHT !! We are remodeling our kitchen.. my wife found a women who was remodeling her kitchen and selling her Granite island counter top.. 7 feet by 4 feet and 1 inch thick ...it weighed easily 500 to 600 pounds! At a price IT IS A GREAT DEAL! BUT, She needed someway to move it? We call Granite installers and moving companies.. everyone was costly and could not do it a convenient and timely manner. The biggest key to this would be keeping it cost affective without buying new. We spoke with Trent at EASY MOVE. Great guy, polite and quoted price roughly over the phone and emailed agreement and schedule the move for the next day. The crew show as agreed. The crew introduce them respectfully and very polite. Brady, Stephen, Marterius. They picked the countertop up and out to the truck it went. Loaded it PERFECT and delivered it to my house. Safe and still in one piece. One heck of a job. Upon arriving to my house and to my surprise 2 more guys (Alex, Travis) showed up and also introduced them self. To assist with the final move. Now they survey the job. From the driveway 50 feet.. up the 7 step into the house and up 6 more steps into kitchen to our kitchen island. It's final destination. Then with confidence back out to the truck. They picked up the single heavy piece of granite. Then down the truck ramp along sidewalk up the stairs into the house up the stairs and flipped it flat and laid it onto the kitchen island cabinet. Then the crew took a brief break. WOW! I was AMAZED! Brady then asked is there anything else to do? My wife ask can you please fine tune the centering of the granite on the counter? No problem they replied! My wife grab the measuring tape and centered it PERFECT! Finalized the deal with payment and the crew then thank us and we all shook hands. EXCELLENT MOVE! THANK YOU GUYS from EASY MOVE. !!!!

The only thing positive thing I can say about my experience with Easy Moves is that the young gentlemen who moved me were nice. That's it. I believe the majority of the 4 & 5 star reviews posted online were from their friends just to boost their ratings and I'm in agreement with "Ian I" who used their services 4 months ago who stated they will damage your merchandise and never return your calls. That's exactly what happened to me. They pretend as if they want to resolve the problem but never return your call. As a customer, it is not my responsibility to continuously reach out to you to resolve a problem you caused. I should have went with my gut and hired their competitor (also in Pelham) At least I would have received 5 star quality service and wouldn't have to deal with aftermath issues. Would I recommend to a friend...NO. Would I recommend their competitor...YES!
