FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My closet edits are in person personal shopping sessions are a flat fee - typically $500 for up to 3 hours (I don't charge for pre and post work). Each of these sessions includes one virtual shoppable customize look book created specifically for the client based on his /her specific needs. I can also offer virtual personal styling for $40 an hour, or unlimited virtual styling for $200/month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll typically introduce myself via email and send though a short questionnaire. Once I receive the questionnaire back from the client I'll try to set up a quick phone call, just to chat. An in person personal shopping session require lots of pre work on my part (but I love it). I'll scout out store that I think will work great for the client and pull pieces for her to try. A closet edit requires a bit of homework for the client, but its all fun, I promise! Both of these in person sessions will include a written recap of the session as well as a customized shoppable lookbook
