Steven did an excellent job. He was quick to schedule both the estimate and the repair. His services were reasonably priced and I was able to pay online easily. My tenant was extremely satisfied with the repair. She said that Steven was very nice and that he took the time to explain how her new thermostat worked. The next time I need HVAC services, I'll be contacting P & W right away!

Steve is amazing! We called at 8pm, he said he'd be here at 9:30 & arrived at 9! You can never be too early when there is no AC. He and the other gentleman working with him diagnosed our problem, replaced the bad part and had our AC working in 20 minutes! His prices are extremely reasonable for an after hours repair call. Steve is honest, professional and has integrity; a rarity today. He has a new permanent customer!
