FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Client consultation is extremely important to determine present needs and expectations; I first seek to understand before being understood. Here is a snapshot of what the consultation includes: • How and when does the client prefer communication? • Your Motivation (to buy or sell) • Time frame • Explore your next move • When are you available to show your home ? • Market analysis and statistical data • Your showing schedule and process. • Buying power and type of financing (if buying) • When are you available to view homes (if buying) • The documents needed to get rolling. • What other expectations does the client have? • The safety requirements. • Your commitment to the process. • My commitment to you as your trusted agent. • Recommendations • Open dialog and I welcome many questions. Of course, no one is perfect. But it’s a very different experience when everyone knows what to expect.
