- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system for my services, but it always depends on how many persons are requesting classes or makeup, and of course if I have to go to a location far away for me maybe I charge a travel fee. But overall my prices are very standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to speak with my clients by phone because I think is a good way to know each other and start communicating. Also, they can know me much better with a phone call than with a email. They book the date and send me all the info about address and time. Then when I arrive, I introduce myself and talk with my clients about their goals in makeup: why you want to learn? what type of makeup they usually wear?...Then we start our class or I start to prepare their skin for makeup. After I finished, I take some pics :)
