- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of the services my company offers are provided with a standard rate that is always competitive with other companies. General Maintenance is typically billed at $20 to $25 per person/ hour. Examples include: Interior painting- $100-$150/ room, includes paint and labor (depending on size and if repairs are needed) Water heater swap- $150 Custom fit window screens- $45 to $75 each (depending on size) Handyman services- $50 min trip charge Toilets- $75 install plus materials Kitchen/ Bath faucets- $50 install plus materials Plus a whole lot more...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always happy to provide any of my potential customers with a free basic estimate, references, and/or supply you with before and after pictures of similar jobs we have completed previously.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a small business owner for over 20 years, have participated in several workshops over the years. I was enrolled in vocational classes for 3 years, and continued my education at IUPUI when able.
