Great Crew and Company to deal with. 5-Star rating from me.
Andrew and his team were very good. Andrew provided an up front estimate and stood by his pricing. They showed up when promised and were professional in their delivery and installation of our windows. I would highly recommend Costello construction to my friends and family.

    Fantastic contractor!
This was our first time renovating our home and Cosello made it a great experience by providing us a new expansive composite deck and master bathroom. Customer service and work was top notch and everything we envisioned was realized in the final product. Cosello stuck to his estimates and was very flexible in response to preference changes we had throughout the project. Highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial home consultation to meet with the customer to discuss design options and the needs and wants of the homeowner based on budget. We then follow up with a written or verbal proposal depending on the project. Once our customer chooses us, we meet to sign contract and schedule the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have lead certification and osha training that is updated annually and employ trade school graduates.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
We offer unit pricing for windows and doors. However, all remodeling jobs are unique and we tailor the prices based on scope and budget.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a second generation carpenter, owner, Andrew Cosello was born and raised in the trade. He grew up walking job sites with his father who owned a construction business throughout the 80s and eventually became a project manager for many prominent companies throughout the tri-state area. Andrew also attended trade school to master his trade.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with a wide array of customers from large development companies in Philadelphia to your average home owner.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There is no particular job that stands out. What is most important to us is that the customer is always happy. At the same time, staying true to who we are and our values. Never compromises our integrity and workmanship. We just had a recent 5 window job in Oaklyn, NJ for a handicap women who called to tell us how pleased she was with our product and most of all our staff. Those are the calls that make our job worth it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please make sure they are properly insured to include full insurances - Worker's Compensation and Liability insurance. You as the home owner could be liable if something were to happen. Be weary of prices that are too good to be true and always make sure you file for the appropriate permits with your township. Without these permits there could be a safety issue and also hinder the sale of your home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Make sure you have a budget in mind. Many remodeling projects can be tailored to specific budgets so its important to research cost of specific projects.
