- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discover the needs of our client and research their industry/competitors extensively. From there, we decide if we're a good fit for each other. Then, using the information gathered during research & discover, come up with design concepts. We review the concepts with the client and then move onto bringing the concept to life. Once completed, we ensure a successful launch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team includes University of Delaware and Wilmington University graduates in the fields of Visual Communication and Multimedia Design. However, the majority of our expertise comes from real-world experience, as we've been in operation nearly a decade!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In January 2016 we began working with Tru Blu Tattoo in Bristol, PA. Their grand opening was in February and they needed a complete branding and marketing package. From their logo, to their website, to a high-definition video commercial, we provided it all. We ran a digital marketing campaign for them upon opening and they've had an amazing year thus far. The owner attributes the local attention they've been getting to our design and marketing efforts. We couldn't be happier.
