- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair and competitive with my pricing. I'm licensed in 6 states and am certified with the NCARB to obtain reciprocal licenses in all 50 states.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to see the property and will do all the research I can possibly do. Then we go in depth with the customer about their goals and what they are wanting to accomplish. Then we discuss the budget and budget and go from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked on all sorts of projects from a back porch addition, to 20 story buildings and everything in between
