- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All work is Flat Rate and available for viewing at all times on my website. Charges are also clearly itemized on invoices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All work is by schedule Appointment either at the Customer's Location or my Office. I will generally spend 15 Minutes or more (If on site) speaking with the customer and Diagnosing their Issues with them. After the Free Diagnostic I explain as clearly as possible the issue and the remedy, as well as cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years Experience in Information Technology Field. I have worked as a field and onsite technician for companies such as Hitouch Dell Symantec I hold the following certifications CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network+ Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist Microsoft Certified IT Professional Dell Certified Systems Expert.
